Buddy has spent 18 years building and managing a national supply chain/distribution/company in the facility materials space. He identified that there is a better way to connect end-users and suppliers and has delivered value to some of the largest companies in the restaurant, banking, healthcare, retail, and commercial development sectors.
 
Buddy has strategic experience implementing modern software systems including ERP, CRM, Project Management, and E-Commerce platforms and believes that technology will continue to transform the SCM space. He has a B.S. in Finance from The University of Louisville.

Brian Herbert

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining AxisPoint Alliance, Brian was the VP of Software Engineering at Xometry, an on-demand manufacturing platform serving customers like SpaceX, NASA, Lockheed Martin, and BMW. Xometry acquired MakeTime in 2018, where he was the Chief Technology Officer.
 
Previous to Brian's experience in manufacturing, he was the CTO at Ushahidi, a globally distributed technology company enabling grassroots journalism in election monitoring, crisis response, advocacy, and human rights. He also served in the Peace Corps in Ugunja, Kenya, and Esoko in Accra, Ghana.

Gary Criscillis

Chief Financial Officer

Gary is a proven finance and business leader with extensive experience in a broad range of business functions within high-growth PE-backed organizations. He started his career in public accounting but found his calling as an operator within industry serving in leadership roles within Sales Operations, Lead Generation, and FP&A.
 
Most recently, Gary was a part of the deal team that helped position a technology company for a $2.7B transaction. Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Elia Tautua

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Elia has extensive experience in Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory Management. Starting his career as a Logistician in the United States Army, Elia learned how to move products and personnel through complicated and sometimes treacherous supply chains.

After 3 tours and a few overseas stints, Elia became the VP of Sourcing and Procurement for a distribution company moving millions of dollars’ worth of product across the United States annually. Elia graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Henry Lynch

VP of Systems + Analytics

Henry began his career as an analyst and held positions collecting, integrating, and presenting data to inform academic research and for-profit investment. He developed a passion for companies that achieve rapid growth by effectively leveraging and developing technology.
 
Most recently, he has worked in high growth private equity environments providing analytical support and systems guidance. Henry graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Centre College and has a postgraduate degree in Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
